This wine is the result of a vinification at a controlled temperature of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes; it has a straw-yellow colour with green-ish reflections, a fruity intense bouquet, a fresh flavour and full body.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
It goes well with first and main courses with fish.
