The best Malvasia grapes of Lazio, Bellone and Grechetto, produced by Cavalieri’s vineyards, are vinificated at a low temperature in order to keep the organoleptic characteristics of TERESA. Its fruity and floreal aromas are enhanced through a soft pressing and a cool, slow fermentation, so this wine is complex and intense at the nose and has a full bodied and persistent taste.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
It goes well with first courses with vegetables and with first and main courses of fish.
